As we bid Joseph farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Joseph is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Leslie McMillian; and his parents, Mary Rose Bordelon and Fred Marvin McMillian. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Garibaldi (Chris Garibaldi); his grandchildren, Stella and Thomas Garibaldi; his son Michael McMillian (Kate Dyler); his sister Irma Christie; his sister-in-law Laura Groce; and his pet Nelly. He is also survived by her two daughters, daughter-in-law, and two grandsons.
