He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Henry Gibbs and Olivia Watkins Gibbs. He is survived by: his son Joseph Paul Gibbs (Courtney); his wife Carole; and his sisters, Karen (Andy Norris) of Tulsa, OK and Olivia (Don Murry) of Clayton, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
