In the sacred silence of farewell, Barbara is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Barton and Pansy Barton (Brooks); her sons, Gerald and Michael Berens; and her grandson Josh Berens.
She is survived by: her children, David Berens (Shelly) of Stafford, Kevin Berens (Angie) of Colby, Stephanie Berens of Indianapolis, Christopher Berens (Shannen) of Pratt and Sarah Berens (Zane Mahanna) of Shawnee, Kansas. She is also survived by 12 siblings, 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
