With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Polok (Pratt, Kansas), born in Stafford, Kansas, who passed away on April 1, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Polok and Shirley Joan Peters (John); his brother Robbie Butler; and his mother-in-law Arlene Withers. He is survived by : his wife Debbie (Withers); his children, Kelsey Polok Bair of Pratt, Jenna Lenkner (Darrin) of Pratt and Kyle Polok (Rebecca) of Pratt; his grandchildren, Brock, Kate, Oakley, Emmarie, Cooper, Coby, Briggs, Jacob, Levi and Hannah; his siblings, Deb Butler (Renda) of Nevada, Missouri and Brian Polok of Oklahoma; his father-in-law Dale Withers of Pratt; his nephew Jim Butler (Amy) of Wichita; his great-niece Felicia Raquel Butler; his great-nephew Robert Butler; his stepbrother Pernell Peters (DeAnn) of Peculiar, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Lewis (Larry) of Castle Pines, Colorado and Mitch Withers (Lori) of Pratt.

Memorials may be made to Friendship Park, Pratt School Foundation or Skyline School Foundation in care of Larrison Mortuary.
