She was predeceased by: her parents, Franz Wachter and Maria Wachter; her husband Forrest Neal Mayhew; her daughter Silvia Boyle; and her brothers, Fritz Wachter and Franz Wachter.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Mayhew of Olathe, Steve Mayhew (Jackie) of Overland Park and Tracy Huffman (Craig) of Aurora, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Ryan Boyle, Cory Boyle, Brent Mayhew, Jessie Mayhew, Lensie Marx, Taylor Lammers, Cortney Mayhew, Logan Huffman, Cade Huffman and Grant Huffman. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Larrison Mortuary (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (40291 NE 40th Ave, Natrona).
