She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Walter and Beulah Proctor; her sister Elizabeth Jane Skehan; and her brothers-in-law, Stacy Keller, Edward Proctor and Norman Tuttle.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Lee Proctor; her children, Suzanne Moore (Kent) of Iuka, KS and Alan Proctor of Owasso, OK; her grandchildren, Brian Moore (Taylor), Madison Moore, Meredith Keen (Brock) and Jacob Proctor (Chloe); her sisters, Barbara Simons (Gale) and Beverly Keller; and her sister-in-law Lois Tuttle.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Larrison Mortuary (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (100 N Jackson St, Pratt, KS 67124).
Memorials may be made to the Pratt Health Foundation, Pratt First United Methodist Church Endowment Committee or the Pratt County Historical Society Museum in care of Larrison Mortuary.
