It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jessica (Saloga) Abel of Pratt, Kansas, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Vernon, Frances Courange and Lona Saloga; her brother Dustin Lutes; her nephew Braden Ibarra; and her brother-in-law Zachary Ibarra.
She is survived by: her parents, Lonnie Saloga and Penny Saloga (Courange) of Pratt; her children, Kyleigh of Anthony, James of Anthony and Kane Abel of Anthony; her fiancé Kyle Simons of Pratt; her siblings, Eric Hall (Jennifer) of Austin, Teri Harris of Colorado, Levi Lutes of Denver, Shawn Lutes of Wichita, Ashley Saloga of Colorado, Alaina VanderVoort of Kansas City, Christopher Saloga of Wichita and Tessa Ibarra of Pratt; and her grandfather Eugene Saloga of Kearney, Nebraska. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Larrison Mortuary (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Southern Baptist Church (193 KS-61, Pratt, KS 67124).
Memorials may be made payable to Larrison Mortuary for her children Education Fund.
