He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Adams and Florence Adams (Kearns); his wife Janeen Dinsmore (Kuehn); his son Timothy Alan Adams; his brother Raymond "Bud" Adams; his grandson Matthew Wright; and his great grandchild Ashton Beach.
He is survived by: his children, Tona Kay Schmidt of Pratt, Barbara Diane Harris of Pratt, Valena Christine House of Pratt, Angela Jane Adams of Ark City, Leslie LeRoy Adams, Jr. of Pratt and Gerald Eugene Adams of Pratt; his siblings, Perry "Butch" Adams of Larned and Peggy Thompson of Macksville; and his stepchildren, Jimmie Dinsmore of Pratt, Cindy Dinsmore of Pratt and Vicki Romero. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and many great and great-great grandchildren.
