She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Anton and Emma Anna Hullman (Fischer); her husband Charlie; her siblings, Loren Hullman (Betty), Don Hullman and Romain Barrow (Bob); and her brothers-in-law, Lawrence Fischer, Gene Boyd, Victor Blakeslee and George Blakeslee (Lynette).
She is survived by: her children, Charla Bornholdt (Gary) of Hutchinson, Kan., Emily Arpin (Sid) of Hutchinson, Kan. and Kerwin Blakeslee of Ellinwood, Kan.; her grandchildren, Jarrod Bornholdt (Monica), John Bornholdt (Danielle), Richard Blakeslee (Kristy), Dustin Blakeslee Pratt (Jessie), Heather Harrison (Paul), Hilary Arpin (Tony Johnson), Elliot Arpin (Claire Mullender) of Dunnellon, Fla. and James Arpin (Shelby); her sisters-in-law, LuAnn Hullman, Juanita Fischer, Stafford and Helen Boyd; and her close friend Norma Fischer. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and 14 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Trinity Community Church, Stafford Co. Hospital, or Gentiva Hospice all in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, KS 67576.
