He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlow Lee and Mildred Stalcup (Leroux); his daughter Terri Eisenhour; his brothers, Jimmy Stalcup, Tom Stalcup and Bill Stalcup; and his granddaughter Shawna Stalcup.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stalcup (Lewis); his sons, Ronny Stalcup of Wolcott and Danny Stalcup of Preston; his siblings, Kenny Stalcup of Joplin, Missouri and Vicki Ivey of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and his son-in-law Dale Eisenhour of Stafford. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
