She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Kettering and Laura Kettering (Foster); her husband Walter Lenkner; her son Stephen Best; her brother Fred Kettering; her grandson-in-law Scott Elliott; and her granddaughter Malea Whitfield.

She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Fox (Michael) of Winfield and Dana Whitfield (Bryan) of Pratt; her stepchildren, Robert Lenkner (Lois) of Medicine Lodge and Carol McGeary (Glen) of Carlsbad, California; her grandchildren, Steven Fox (Christina) of Skiatook, Robbie Fox (Lindsey) of Paragould, Laura Elliott of Winfield, Matthew Fox (Ryann) of Douglass, Peyton Young (Brittian) of Wichita and Brydan Whitfield of Derby; her stepgrandchildren, Will Lenkner (Courtney) of Medicine Lodge, Megan McGeary of California and Kaitlyn McGeary of Carlsbad, California; and her great grandchildren, Anna Fox, Ethan Fox, Sadie Fox, Oren Fox, Ledger Young and Paityn Lenkner.
