He is survived by: his wife Amy Dillard-Floyd (Keltner) of Pratt, Kansas; his stepchildren, Blake Dillard of Pratt, Chloe Haffley-Saalfeld of Wichita, Kansas, Grace Haffley of Wichita, Kansas and Grant Haffley of Wichita, Kansas; his stepmother Robin Floyd; his sister Yvette Floyd; and his nephew Shane Tennant.
