He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Gerald Frank and Eileen Frank (Hazen); his wife Vickie Frank (Keller); and his son Brian Frank. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Frank, Debra Evans (Jason) and Janelle Frank (Kenneth Hacking); and his grandchildren, Jaden Evans (Adalina Fountain) of Turon, Trent Evans (Daisy Raburn) of Turon and Ava Evans of Turon.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Larrison Mortuary (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Turon Community Church (411 N Main St, Turon, KS 67583).
Memorials may be made to District 7 Fire Department or Gentiva Hospice.
