He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Shroyer and Lillie Ruth Shroyer (Blangy); his wife Elaine Post; his daughter Cheryl Shroyer; and his brother Kenneth Shroyer.
He is survived by: his son Gary Shroyer (Kelly); his grandchildren, Nicole Burns (Patrick) and Brian Shroyer (Melissa); and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Jordyn Burns, Brynna and Howie Shroyer.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home & Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel (816 Main St, Pleasanton, KS 66075). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prescott United Methodist Church (256 W Main St, Prescott, KS 66767).
