He is survived by: his parents, Earl John and Irene Mae Mashak (Atkins); and his siblings, Marty Mashak (Barbara), Alan Mashak (Janet), Shirley Bosley, Marilyn Buttery and Carolyn Walters (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
