It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin D Phillips of Pretty Prairie, Kansas, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Phillips and White; his daughter Delane; and his siblings, Howard Phillips and Betty Morawitz.
He is survived by: his former spouse Koa D. Davis; his daughter Gala Schaffer; his granddaughter Misty Cullop; his great grandchild Bradan Salsberry; his granddaughter Katelin Cooper (Kirby); and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Riley.
