She was predeceased by: her father Curtis Clements Gordon; and her sister Pamela Barnes. She is survived by: her mother Alta Rene VanBenSchoten (VanBenSchoten) of Florida; her husband Larry Jackson of Quenemo, Kansas; her sister Debbie Austin of Ottawa; her children, Felicea Searl (Travis) of Baldwin City, Krisitina McWhorter of Quenemo, Kansas, Marvin McWhorter III of Mississippi and Earl McWhorter of Quenemo, KS; and her uncle Ben Story of Quenemo, KS. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at 1102 Main St, Baldwin City, KS 66006.
