It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cindy Sue Flora of Quinter, Kansas, who passed away on May 16, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patty Lou Balloun (Black) and Lloyd Balloun; and her brother Roland Foster-Balloun. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle "Shelly" Andrews; her husband Aaron Flora; her children, Kelly Weikle and Karlea; her grandchildren, Seth Smith and Amber Singleton (Chase); her great grandchildren, James Smith and Collins Michelle Singleton; and her siblings, Mike Balloun (Patty) and Pamela Perez.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of the Brethren (700 Grant St, Quinter, KS 67752). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
