He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Kaiser (Rick), Joanna Kysar, Margaret Ipantenco (Alek) and Deanna (Mike); his grandchildren, Kadel Murdock (Kayla), Karson Ferguson, Clayton Cooper (Shelby), Jessica Cooper (Ryan), Lena, Nikolai and Lilly; his great grandchildren, Kash, Blake Murdock, Gunnison Miller, Forest, Ty and Banks Cooper; his siblings, Kathy Howard and Doug Kysar; his stepson Eric Christensen; his stepgrandson Wacey Christensen; his stepdaughter Jan Brown; his uncle Big (Cowboy Gib); his wife Penny Kysar (Eilebrecht); his sisters, Shirley, Dorothy and Marian; and his siblings-in-law, Marlan, Tom and Warren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schmitt Funeral Home (901 Main St, Quinter, KS 67752). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Quinter Methodist Church. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Baker Township Cemetery.
