He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Blackburn and Willie Mae Blackburn (Lowe); his wife Lila Hendricks; his son Steve Blackburn; his son-in-law Douglas Caywood; his granddaughter Reannan Kloxin; his great grandchild Ellie Taylor; and his siblings, Harold, Otis Blackburn and Pauline Coldwater.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Caywood of Hutchinson and Lorie Taylor (Victor) of Cedarcreek, MO; his grandchildren, David Joe Blackburn, Shana Givens (Cliff), Jeremy Taylor (Melissa) and Joshua Taylor (Becca); his great grandchildren, Steve Blackburn, Abigail Blackburn, Allison Blackburn, Rylan Birkby, Brynley Taylor, Camila Taylor, Brecken Taylor, Cian Taylor and Carter Taylor; his sibling Gerry Milsap; and his sibling's children, Harold Blackburn, Jr. and Ruth Herbel.
