He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Caudill; his children, Cody Caudill (Alison) of Reading and Natasha Beauclair (Cody) of Osage City; his grandchildren, Rylyn and Mahala Caudill; and his sister Phyllis Lubcke of Tennessee.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Ann's Cemetery Association or Countryside Baptist Church.
