He was predeceased by: his father Oscar J. Wade; and his brother Phil. He is survived by: his mother Helen Wade (Jackson) of Rural Redfield, Kansas.; his daughter Jennifer Culler; his granddaughter Emma; and his brothers, Steve Wade (Linda) of Mapleton, David Wade (Deanna) of Mapleton and Brian Wade (Deana) of Hammond, Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces, and a nephew.
