It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Franklin Gardner of Richmond, Kansas, born in Cripple Creek, Colorado, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Coid Franklin Gardner and Marjorie Louise; and his sister Barbara Louise Winder. He is survived by : his children, Heather Croy (Andre), Coyd Gardner and Cyla Gardner; his close friend Susan Cates; his grandson Nolan Croy; his brother Dr. Michael Gardner (Ann); and his brother-in-law Keith Winder. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
