She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph F. Miller and Anna C. Miller (Foltz); her son Maurice; her stepfather Walter Miller; her husband Loyd Peters; her daughter-in-law Judith Peters; her grandchildren, Jimmie Peters and Kimberly Peters; her siblings, Clarann O'Malley (Bob) and Richard "Dick" Miller (Judy); and her sister-in-law Norma Miller.
She is survived by : her children, Dennis Peters (Sarah) of Richmond, Earl Peters of Marion, Alvin Peters (Gayle) of Garnett, Linda Peters of Carl Junction, Mary Peters of Richmond, Diane Peters of Ottawa and Karen Peters of Richmond; her brother Leon "Bud" Miller of Drummond, Oklahoma; and her brother-in-law James Peters of Lakeland, Florida..
In lieu of flowers, Frieda's wishes were to continue to support the next generation of Catholic youth, memorial contributions may be made to the Carmelite Stars (church youth group) and left in care of the funeral home.
