She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Boone and Lillian Mae "Peg" Boone (Huffman); her spouse Leslie Stephen "Skip" Cadwallader; and her siblings, Dora Mae Tuaul, Dean Boone, Bob Boone, Betty Yackle and Duane Boone.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Cecil (Jennifer) of Overland Park, Kansas and Laurie Rickerson (Russel) of Rantoul, Kansas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
