She is survived by: her parents, Steve Melby and Terri Melby; her husband Eric Poulin; her stepsons, Colby and Camryn Poulin; her siblings, Ericka Berry (Clint) and Aaron Melby (Alex); her niece Colleen Berry; her nephew Declan Berry; her uncle Rod Woods (Sue); her aunt Lydia Steinlage (Paul); and her cousins, Chrissy Nowak, Kelle Nowak, Jace, Tyler Hull, Ryan Woods (Jessica), Shiloh, Hillary Cotham (Tyler), Leo, Ada, Alex Steinlage (Ashton), Jethro, Kaius, Theo Steinlage (Haley), Colbie, Kori and Nate Steinlage. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
