Harold Oliver Obituary

We announce the death of Harold Oliver of Riley, Kansas, who passed away on July 18, 2026, at the age of 66. Harold will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Oliver and Shirley Oliver; and his niece Amber Kessler. He is survived by: his wife Shawna Smith; his daughters, Taylor Oliver (Justin Albright) of Manhattan and Addisyn Todd (Johnathan) of Abilene; his siblings, Debbie (John), Steve (Ginny), Linda (Alan) and David (Peggy); his granddaughters, Brimleigh Todd and Carsyn Albright; his nieces and nephews, Nikki, Erin, Kelly, Justin, Tyson, Natalie and Bennett; and his friends, Cindy, Kelly, Katelyn, Tory and Sarah Thomson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Harold Oliver Family Scholarship through the Rural Riley County Community Foundation.
