He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Skip" Scott and Betty Lou Scott (Swain); his daughter Shannon Lee Scott Foster; and his brother-in-law Don Ulrey. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Michelle Gallaher (Scott); his son-in-law Gene D. Gallaher; his son Forrest Scott; his sister Cathy Lou Thomas (Scott); his brother-in-law Larry Thomas; his sister Sharon Ulrey (Scott); and his grandchildren, David Michael Gallaher and Taylor Lee Foster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
