She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald William Smith; her parents, Earl Berry and Opal Berry; and her sisters, Kristy McCarter and Terri Tessman.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Smith (Meredith), Shawna Hardison (Chris), Shasta Parker (Chade), Shelly Livingston (Ryan) and Justin Smith; and her siblings, Randy Berry (Jody), Ron Berry (Denisa) and Karen Ford. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
