We announce the death of Daniel Connaroe Morey of Robinson, Kansas, who passed away on November 3, 2026, at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Morey and Juanita Morey (Joslin); and his daughter Rachel. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Kay; his children, Christopher Morey (Kristy), Lindsey Rogers (Wyatt), Cherish McCarty and Robert McCarty; his grandchildren, Ethan, Avery (Abi), Elijah, Grace (Ryan), Luna, Garrett, Cyrus and Gentry; and his siblings, Connie Hoffman (Dave) and Guy Morey (Jody). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 1000 S 1st St, Hiawatha, KS 66434.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Brown County Humane Society in Dan's memory.
