He is survived by: his wife Jean Anderson (Jeanette Lewis Notheisen); his sons, Steve (Carole), JD of Overland Park, Keith Anderson (Janet), PharmD of Overland Park and James Notheisen of Rosebud; and his sister-in-law Dianne Thrasher (Dennis) of Chestertown, Maryland..
