He was predeceased by: his parents, Retta Cohen and Jack Cohen; and his siblings, Sharen Fleischer and Terrance Cohen. He is survived by: his wife Suzann; his sons, Travis and Sean; his daughter-in-law Cynthia; and his grandchildren, William, Max and Zoey.
