With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ivan M. Hambleton Jr. (Roeland Park, Kansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 22, 2025 at the age of 78. As Ivan departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ivan. Though Ivan may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Gean Bond Hambleton and Ivan March Hambleton Sr.; his brother Glen George Hambleton; and his son-in-law Kristopher Kolander. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Hambleton; his sister Debra Aubuchon; and his children, Joel Hambleton (Marie), Melissa Kolander, Ryan Dal Porto (Stephanie), Shelly Rivera (Shane), Jessica Foerg (Eric) and Eric Hambleton, Jr.. He is also survived by grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
