He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Rios Sr. and Dolores T. Rios (Garcia); his son Paul Anthony Rios; and his sisters, Gloria Rios and Rose Gonzales.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Zemites; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Joe Jursich; and his siblings, Geno, George, Fred Rios and Linda Rios. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
