She was predeceased by: her parents, L. C. Horn and Audrey Horn (Baker); her husband Richard "Dick" Bushey; and her siblings, Sue Edwards, Helen Miller, Lawerence Horn, Ronald Horn and Richard Horn.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Barrett (Audra); her son-in-law John Barrett of Oklahoma City, OK; her granddaughters, Casey Mantzke (Tyler Mantzke) of Amarillo, TX and Kaleigh West (Ryan West) of Oklahoma City, OK; her great grandchildren, Rashan and Adaleyah West of Oklahoma City, OK; Patsy Horn, Beth and R. D. Sherrill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
