She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Barnes and Florence Barnes (Berger); her husband William; and her sons, Jon and Jim.

She is survived by: her son Joe; her daughters-in-law, Mary Kay Mitchell and Sue Mitchell; and her grandchildren, Dawn Rundle (Keith), Amy Serrano (Tony) and Jeff Mitchell (Jodie). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
