She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Affie Smith; her husband Loy Wayne; and her son Donald Wayne Eary. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Schroeder (Joe); her grandchildren, Bryce Schroeder (Meghan) and Brenna Nolan (Ross); and her great grandchildren, Peyton Jo and Wyatt Lane Schroeder.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Family Mortuary (1415 N Rock Rd, Derby, KS 67037). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Christian Church (314 N Rose Hill Rd, Rose Hill, KS 67133).
