It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Alan Shaner of Rose Hill, Kansas, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Eugene and Loraine E. Shaner (Stuetterman); and his sister Jan Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Michele L. Edmonds; his children, Clint Owens (April) and Marci Alcorn (Robert); his grandchildren, Emily, Mary, Colton, Catherine, Bridget, Isabel, Logan, Samuel, Bennett, Meredith and Coraline; his nieces, Sarah Unruh and Anna Wessling; and his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Karen Edmonds. He is also survived by many friends and his fur babies.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to the Greyhound Hall of Fame in memory of Tim, 407 South Buckeye Avenue, Abilene, Kansas, 67410.
