He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Downey and Delores Downey (Dod); and his sister Bonnie Downey. He is survived by: his wife Jenny. He is also survived by his family members and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dunlap Cemetery.
