He is survived by: his children, Shawn Dolezilek (Julie) of Topeka, Chris Dolezilek (Kathleen Heaney) of Topeka and Julie Cordero of Kansas City, MO.; his siblings-in-law, Arthur Morford of Topeka, Deborah Beasterfeld (Richard) of Maple Hill, Jean Holt of Holton and Nancy Morford of St. Marys; and his grandson Gavin Christopher. He is also survived by his family, friends.
