He was predeceased by: his parents, David C. Ehrlich and Amelia Ehrlich (Ehrlich); and his son Thomas D. Ehrlich. He is survived by: his wife Twyla Mae Krug; his daughters, Tori Hall (Roy) of Russell and Tami Ehrlich of Manhattan, Kansas; his granddaughter Halle Anderson (Colton) of Russell, Kansas; his sister Angeline Green of Russell, Kansas; and his sibling's children, Gwenna Green of Russell, Kansas and Lionel Green of Russell, Kansas..

Memorials may be given to St. John Lutheran Church and sent in care of the mortuary.
