We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2023, at the age of 97, Raydean Garber of Russell, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Helen Case and Ray Huddleston; her siblings, Barbara "Bobbie" Sour and Mike Qualls (Fran); her husband Russell Garber; her daughter Linda Koch (Rex); and her granddaughter Lisa Haas (Steve).

She is survived by : her daughters, Sharon Milburn of Wichita, KS. and Kathy Wood (Mark) of Valley Center, KS.; her grandsons, Rob Koch (Nikki) of Prosper, Dan Milburn of Wichita, KS, Eric Phillips (Elizabeth) of Goddard, KS. and Nick Phillips (Arthur Martinez) of Kansas City, MO; and her great grandchildren, Jessica Armitage (Zack), Brian Haas (Becca), Jon Haas (Nickee), McKenzie Koch, Lauryn Phillips and Joshua Phillips. She is also survived by 11 Great-Great Grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
