With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne E. Funk (Russell, Kansas), born in Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on September 5, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Emanuel Funk and Elsie Funk (Wilhelm). He is survived by : his wife Janet J. Becker; his sons, Doug Funk (Teema) of Russell, Warren Funk (Erica) of Rexford and Deric Funk (Mandy) of Galatia, Kansas; his sisters, Joetta Hendrickson of Port Angeles and Marilyn Charles of McPherson, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Lakin, Kaitlyn, Camille, Callen Funk, Molly, Macy, Chloe, Delilah, Amari and Lovelyn.
Family has requested memorials be given to the United Emmanuel Lutheran Church and sent in care of the mortuary.
