She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene Moyer and Katherine Weller Moyer; and her sister Alice. She is survived by : her husband Gerard P. Ketter; and her children, Philip Ketter (Nancy) of Lecompton, Kevin Ketter (DeeAnn) of Auburn, Dr. Ivan Ketter (Linda) of Topeka, Ellen Powell (Richard) of Germantown and Trina (Michael) of Wamego. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She served as a project leader for the Lucky Clover 4-H Club and was Chairman of the Nemaha County NARFE Alzheimer's committee.
