We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2021, at the age of 74, Kay Cook (Sabetha, Kansas), born in Horton, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kay Cook to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Maxine Sawyer and Neal Sawyer. She is survived by : her husband Lynn Cook of Mesa, Arizona; her daughters, Stacy Cook (Laurie Kemplay) of Indianapolis and Jenne Cook of Topeka; and her pet Sophie. She is also survived by cousins, many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Kay's honor may be made to the American Kidney Fund or the American Chronic Pain Association (a resource for fibromyalgia) sent in care of Popkess Mortuary, 823 Virginia, Sabetha, Kansas 66534.
