He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayland Brockish and Ruth Brockish (Lindenberg); his son Adam Brockish; and his brothers, David Brockish and Mick Brockish.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Teri" Ebert; his children, Todd Brockish (Stephenie) of Gainesville, Andrew Brockish (Jucinta) of St. George and Margo Fries of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his grandchildren, Nicholle, Christopher, Ericka, Drake, Paige, Anthony, Amira and Adam; and his siblings, Richard Brockish (Linda), Deborah Ernsbarger (Mark) and Betty Oliver (Mike).
The family suggests memorial contributions to either Good Shepherd Hospice House or St. Joseph Catholic Church, and those may be sent in care of the funeral home.
