He is survived by: his wife Doris LaVonne Blake (Zernickow); his daughter Cheryl Blake of Manhattan, KS; his grandsons, Mike Blake of Nebraska City, NE and Jim Blake (Amy) of Cedarburg, WI; and his great grandchildren, Carra Blake, Lauren Blake, Alexa Blake and Keaton Blake.
