He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Long and Ella Long (Gates); his wife Marjorie Jean Helsel; and his siblings, Doris Mettler, Reva McKinney, Donald and Russell Long.
He is survived by: his children, Terry (Debbie) of Seward, KS, Vicki of Hudson, KS, Christopher and Douglas (Jana); his sister Joyce Rasko of Geneseo, IL; and his grandchildren, Ben, Brandon, Burke, Katy, Patrick, Shala, Kyle, Katherine, Zachary, Logan and Tiara.
