She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Laird and Cettie Laird (Curran); and her brother-in-law Jerry Ewing. She is survived by: her husband Harry K. Stites, Jr.; her children, David Stites (Robin) and Janet Johnson (Danny) of Wichita, KS; her sisters, Nancy Ewing of Olathe, KS and Carol Wood (Bob) of Mound City, KS; her grandchildren, Breanne Strobel, Jessie Taylor and Jacob Stites; and her great grandchildren, Thayer, Silas and Eloise.
