With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Russel Shelton of Saint John, Kansas, born in Arnett, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 19, 2022 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Russel Shelton to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Guy and Pearl Shelton (Nichols); his son Russel Dean Shelton; and his siblings, Calvin, Owen, Dennis, Joe, Jay Roger, John Shelton and Hazel Campbell.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Sigler); and his children, Michelle Brensing (Richard) of Stafford, KS., Natalie Lippoldt, Shannon Bauer (Darrell) of Hudson, KS., Kari Smith (Craig) of Great Bend, KS., Krista McGaugh (Rick) of Fayetteville, AR. and Jacob Shelton (Kelly Lynn) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Silver Maple Camp or Stocking Stuffers of Central Kansas in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, KS.
